Residents have started unpacking boxes, meeting their new neighbors, and making Brick Avenue Lofts come to life. On the outside, roads are being poured, new buildings are getting ready to open (the much-anticipated studio is almost here!) and amenities are set to open late July.
Speaking of amenities…POOL COUNTDOWN STARTS NOW! The heated saltwater pool has been filled and this time it’s not just with rainwater. Mark your calendars and start blowing up your inflatables for July 31st! Other amenities such as cardio bar, yoga studio, coworking space will have soft openings around July 21st.
Our interior designer, Morgan Kaelin, has finished all final details on our 3 model units. Needless to say, we’re in love. Morgan has been an interior designer for 7 years and created spaces at Brick Avenue with clean lines, a fresh palette and put a spin on New Century Modern. Here’s a glimpse into what she has been working on.
