Happy first week of fall! The heated saltwater pool is open for a few more weeks and then it’s time for residents to trade in their bathing suits and floats for a blanket and s’mores by the outdoor fireplace. Fall in Bentonville Arkansas is something to get excited about!
September is a big month for Brick Avenue Lofts because it’s the last month of major construction! Our final 3 buildings are set to open October 1st and we can’t wait for residents to make them their homes. Each of these buildings has a combination of studios (studio kitchen pictured), 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, and loft options. A little something for everyone!
Our favorite new addition to the Brick Avenue neighborhood is the beautiful gathering table located on the lawn under the Cottonwood tree. Modus Studio custom built this table from a tree that we were forced to cut down before beginning construction last year, due to it being unhealthy. This massive table seats 26 guests and is just begging for a beautiful fall-themed dinner party.
So what are we going to do now that construction is coming to a close? Throw a party of course! You’re invited to the official grand opening of Brick Avenue Lofts.
