March Construction Update

Brick Avenue Lofts is a new neighborhood in Bentonville, Arkansas opening its doors this May. The construction site is buzzing with activity and I went to check out the progress. Slow closing cabinet doors and shiny spiral staircases are being installed, the pool is being dug out, and lots of mud is being cleaned up. I love to watch it all come together and can’t wait for you to see it, too. In the meantime, take a look at a few progress photos!

Shown above is the bright and airy Ouachita floor plan (named after our Project Manager’s favorite Arkansas lake). Cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances are installed and waiting for you to move in! The Ouachita will be available for you to call home as early as May.

Can we go ahead and start the countdown for pool season? Because we are dreaming of barbeques by this soon to be heated saltwater pool! The green building directly behind the pool is the multi-level coworking space which has also been making speedy progress. We look forward to many days sipping Onyx coffee here and cracking open a cold brew with our neighbors.

The Sequoyah floorplan includes this dreamy spiral staircase leading to the loft and rooftop deck. It has amazing views of Brick Avenue and is going to be such a great entertainment space. We’re already planning our loft with plants, couches, and hanging lights. It’s going to be dreamy and you’re totally invited to join. The flooring was recently installed and could use a little Swiffer action but in the meantime, the dirt adds character.

Construction debris may be strewn about, but the Ouachita floorplan is looking and feeling like a real apartment. The natural light from the oversized windows is going to be the best ‘welcome home’ and with move-ins starting in May, ‘welcome home’s’ are just around the corner!

Here is a little sneak peek of the handmade wallpaper currently being made by ASSEMBLAGE. They are creating beautiful wallcoverings for clients all around the world and we’re so lucky to be working with them! A deep sea blue textured wallpaper will be added to our coworking space very soon (be on the lookout for the full blog on how ASSEMBLAGE creates high-end, handcrafted wallpaper).

Watching all the details come together day by day is very mesmerizing. We like to show these details and more on our Instagram and Facebook pages, so be sure to follow along!
